Bass River Rod & Gun Club was founded in 1936 by a group of like-minded men and women to promote good sportsmanship and good fellowship. Founded as a not-for-profit organization, the club was supported and maintained through the volunteer efforts and good will of the members. We continue in those very same traditions today.
The Club sports an indoor pistol range (open 24/7), three outdoor pistol ranges, a 100 yard and 50 yard outdoor rifle range, a shotgun range that features Skeet, Sporting Clays, and Trap – and a 3D, multi-station, archery course.
The Club consists of approximately 250 acres of wildlife conservation land, upland, meadow, salt marsh, and a fresh water pond. Wildlife such as deer, turkey, fox, otters, swans, geese, ducks, osprey, great blue heron, king fishers, as well as several migratory species, are native to the property. For the nature enthusiast, the Club has several walking trails for bird watching – and, the fragrance of Wisteria Hill is not to be missed in the spring.

Cape Cod Fish and Game Club™ is a private, nonprofit organization (501 C7) dedicated to protecting the environment, conserving our natural resources, fostering the participation in hunting and fishing and the shooting sports such as rifle, pistol, trap and archery.
Located in Harwich just off Exit 9 from RT6, our facilities have something for everyone. Whether you are looking to perfect your trap, rifle, or pistol skill, go fishing, try defensive live shooting in IDPA, or just enjoy a meal with friends and family; Cape Cod Fish and Game is your destination for it all.
We are a private club that is currently accepting applications for new members. Although our club is private we do offer public Trap, IDPA, and Steel Shooting days which is posted in our monthly Calendar.
We also offer public Firearms Training classes every month that will give you the necessary certification for obtaining you Massachusetts License to Carry.
Club facilities consist of a Main Clubhouse/Lodge, two trap fields with adjoining Field House, an outdoor 100yd. & 50yd. rifle range, outdoor and indoor pistol ranges, outdoor steel plinking range, indoor archery range, a club owned catch and release pond on-site (Littlefield’s Pond), along with field archery facilities for both compound and conventional shooters.

The Monument Beach Sportsman’s Club (MBSC) was founded in 1964 and now encompasses approximately 62 acres. There are four major facilities situated on the property as well as numerous outdoor venues and ranges. Major activities include Archery, Cowboy Action Shooting, IDPA, Indoor Pistol Leagues, Long Range Rifle Shooting, and Trap. MBSC sponsors special events throughout the year such as Women On Target, 3D Archery Tournaments, a “Jimmy Fund” Trap shoot which raises funds for the Dana Farber Cancer Center, “Egg Shoots” which raised funds for the various Veterans Organizations and various community service events such as hosting a luncheon for the Blind Vets Assoc. of Cape Cod and a Veterans Day shoot in conjunction with the Brockton VA Hospital.

Their mission is to maintain a Club with an ample game preserve and adequate facilities where hunters and fishermen can enjoy congenial company and the fellowship that comes from mutual interests. Original club members started gathering in 1931 and established the club in 1933. The clubhouse was built on the property in the early 1940’s and the club was officially incorporated in 1948. The Conservation Commission was founded in the Town of Falmouth at the request of the Falmouth Rod and Gun Club in 1961. Most recently in 2004 the club building was expanded with an addition by club members.

Sagamore Rifle Club

The Sagamore Rifle Club is a small private club celebrating the long-standing tradition of hunting, military service and marksmanship on Cape Cod. We’re located on the upper Cape in Sagamore and utilize a 100 yard range for Rifle and Pistol events. We have a limited membership, however, we do keep a list of interested applicants. The list is updated regularly as new members are inducted into the club. Applicants are welcome to attend meetings and shoot at the range when accompanied by a sponsor / member.
The club meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.. Currently we meet at the Weary Traveler on Valley Bars Rd. in Bourne. Please check the Meeting & Events page for the latest information on our monthly meetings.
